Work Experience
August 2018 - October 2019
Nashville, Tennessee

In my work with The Pargh Team, which belongs to Compass Real Estate, I was introduced to the fundamentals of the business. I operated in client outreach, communication, the home selling process, and more. I also worked as a mover, helping to build positive relationships and reputation for the team. This job sparked my interest in customer acquisition and brand development.
Summer 2020 - Summer 2021
Nashville, Tennessee

With Mark Poe Builders, I learned the basics to the residential construction process. More importantly, I gained a greater understanding of proper work ethic. I performed strenuous manual labor: building crawl spaces, house foundations, swimming pools, planters, etc. Without this job, I imagine it would have taken much longer for me to appreciate such difficult work.
May 2022 - July 2022
St. Louis, Missouri

During my internship with Nirvana Investments LLC, I spent most of my time as a marketing assistant for the sub-company N'Bliss. I put together marketing materials such as newsletters, social media posts, business cards, flyers, in-store graphics, and more. Additionally, during my last month of work, I provided a crucial perspective in development of the company's newest brand Path.

Playlist

Jacaranda Tree by Josh Garrels
This song always brings back good memories for me. Whether it was hanging out by the river with my friends or on a long solo road trip, Jacaranda Tree makes me feel at peace. It has poetic lyrics that I believe could be analyzed in a variety of different ways. Regardless, this song reminds me of some of the best times of my life.

Heading South by Zach Bryan
The first time I heard this song was when one of my friends back home played it for us by the fire one night. Now, Zach Bryan has become one of my favorite artists. I notice a lot of similarities between Bryan and my talented hometown friend. Also, coming from the South, I feel more connected to Bryan's lyrics and persona.

Zoom by The Commodores
Growing up, I found that I enjoyed a lot of older music. I listened to Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin but never dove into much R&B/Soul until discovering Lionel Richie. At some of my most difficult times, this song has spoken to me because of its message: moving far away, taking a moment to dream one's dream, and wishing peace in the world. I strongly believe that this song inspired me to find happiness in the world.
